How to Finger a Woman
January 9, 2007
I can already hear some men (and more sadly—women) saying: “Dah! You push your finger in and out” upon reading the title of this article! And it is for those people that this article is written.
Most will automatically assume that fingering a woman is merely the act of simulating intercourse with ones finger as opposed to a penis, which, lets face it; makes fingering a little boring. While there is somethin’ kinda’ sexy in a raunchy sorta’ way about shoving ones fingers into a woman, there is much more you can do to increase the WOW factor here. First, don’t automatically assume that you can get right in there. Take the time to tease her by caressing the outside of her vagina and the surrounding area to help get her ready, because the entire act will be far more pleasurable once she is wet. Run your fingers along the folds and crevices of her outer labia and enjoy the sensation of her pussy as it gets wet thanks to your touch. You’ll know the right time to enter when her legs part even wider for you, inviting you in. Move in gently and always begin with one finger and slowly work your way up to two, three… a fist—whatever she wants.
Once you’re actually privileged enough to be inside her (and yes—you should always treat this type of surrender as a privilege), don’t just slide in and out and figure the job is done, but instead, make use of your time and surroundings by showing her how much you enjoy making her feel good. With your fingers, you have a control that you could never really attain with your penis (think of sex toys made for stimulating the G-spot: curved at the end). Whether you aim to find the magical G-spot or not, the route to getting there is amazing just the same. Slide your finger(s) in deep and curl them upward (come here motion) and caress the upper wall of her vagina gently. Another trick that not only helps you feel your way around but will also increase the sensation is to press down on her lower abdomen just over the area where your fingers are and continue the same “come here” motion inside. Although this technique is an excellent way to help find the G-spot and bring on a G-spot orgasm, that doesn’t necessarily have to be your goal, cuz; with or without the G-spot orgasm; this is still incredibly pleasurable and a great foray into intercourse.
One final note: all women are different and tastes do vary. If the above mentioned technique is ‘too much’ for her (some women are far more sensitive than others), you can slide your fingers in and out, but please, oh please—don’t forget about the clitoris! (See article How to Stimulate the Clitoris). Multi-tasking is key no matter what technique you use, so think of her inside and out and you’ll do fine.
And remember: practice makes perfect!
Enjoy!
